Nara Africa is a U.S.-based online shopping concierge service. We purchase products from U.S. stores on your behalf and arrange shipment to your address in Africa. Our services include:

• Product sourcing from U.S. retailers
• Price quotation with transparent cost breakdown
• Purchasing items on your behalf
• Package consolidation
• International shipping to Africa
• Order tracking and customer support
• Warranty claim assistance

To use our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

When you place an order with Nara Africa:

• You provide product details (URLs, descriptions, quantities), and we prepare a quotation
• The quotation includes item cost, shipping fees, and service charges
• Payment must be completed before we purchase items on your behalf
• Prices are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, and actual item costs at the time of purchase

We accept payments via PayPal, Payoneer, Wise (TransferWise), Dollar Card, Wire Transfer, USDT (Crypto Payment), and Naira transfer.

Our pricing includes:

• Item cost: The retail price of items from U.S. stores
• Shipping fees: Based on weight, destination, and shipping method
• Service fees: Our concierge service charge

All fees are disclosed in your quotation before payment. Exchange rates for NGN pricing are updated regularly and may fluctuate.

We cannot purchase or ship items prohibited by U.S. export laws, airline regulations, or customs regulations of the destination country. This includes weapons, illegal substances, and other restricted goods. We reserve the right to refuse any order for prohibited or restricted items. If an item falls under this category, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on shipping methods, rates, and tracking.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package has been handed off to the international carrier for delivery.

Returns and refunds are subject to individual U.S. store policies. Please refer to our Returns Policy for complete details on return eligibility, damaged items, warranty assistance, and the refund process.

Nara Africa is not liable for:

• Product quality, defects, or discrepancies from U.S. retailers
• Delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events
• Customs duties and taxes on Expedited shipments
• Loss or damage during international transit
• Items confiscated by customs authorities

Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to Nara Africa. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist with any issues that arise with your order.

All content on the Nara Africa website—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Nara Africa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services. Termination does not affect any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
